    Hello,

    First time posting and i just wanted to get some insight if possible. 4 Brickfield Downs, Skehard road, has gone up on BIDX1 for 490,000, which seems really really low since a since No.3 Brickfields sold for 580,000 in 2021, and 5/6 Brickfields are both up for 550,000. Does anyone know if there is anything wrong with the houses? I can see there is significant damage on the No5 Brickfield Downs and No6 Brickfield Downs but they are up for significantly higher. No 4 looks too good to be true at 490k.
