Opened joint account, got cards, activated cards, put money into account, how do i get on banking365

Opened joint account, got cards, activated cards, put money into account.
Installed the app for banking365.
We got nothing else apart from the cards/pins and a text with the IBAN.
What do we need to do to set up the banking365 so that we can see and use our BOI account?

Hi Jimmy,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. As you now have the IBAN and physical card for the account to register for Banking 365 online please call our Digital Activation Team on 0818 214 365.
The team is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and will be happy to help with this.
