I applied for a current acc start of feb , got onto pca services in march they said the branch still hasn't uploaded documents they required, turns out branch forgot to do it , did the same with a business account in 2021 , so now 2 weeks ago I am told its at the confirmation stage and they cannot give me anymore details , this is crazy, who can I contact as branch are useless and pca services don't want to know about it . Par for the course with BOI , wait until you need to call them and try to talk to a real person . Look for an alternate. Revolut are offering all the facilities of a traditional bank now including deposit guarantee.

Hi Tara as as I have said the branch said they cannot do anymore as its at the final stage ??, I originally applied on line but had to drop documents into local branch, wish I never did , as they are very un helpful and the manager should not be dealing with the general public. So is there a number I can ring ?

got through to a nice gent on that number , surprise surprise it's the branch that are at fault , how these people are employed is beyond me, and the constant lying is an utter disgrace .
