A website took down my tabs.

    I have space for 100 tabs on my Samsung Galaxy that has an android OS.


    I had about 80 of them filled,some with quite important sites I had looked at over the past month or so

    This morning all 100 tabs were filled with a new webpage (Eir broadband) and so I have lost my data to this website.


    Has anyone seen this before and how can I stop it happening again?

    Browsers crash

    Use bookmarks, don't assume tabs will stay open

    Your browser history should show what you had open, at least recently.

    If a site is important you have to bookmark it, go to browser settings, click, history, it'll show a list of previous websites visited, click on a website to load it into a browser, click browser, menu, bookmark the website,

    Any browser will crash if there, s a large amount of websites loaded in say 50 tabs, you can close tabs that are not important.

    Browser menu on chrome is on the top right 3 dots
