    Hello all,

    I don't expect that there will be too much moderating required in this forum, it's been civil and relatively quiet in recent years.

    By way of a tiny bit of background: I've been training since the 1990s, and tried my hand at a lot of different things, but currently I'm a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt, and that's where most of my energy goes.

    Welcome @Black Sheep as you said it's a pretty quiet forum (unfortunately)

    2nd degree black belt in ITF TaeKwon-Do and just start teaching Adaptive TKD in Bray

    Be great to see more chat about all forms of Martial Arts
