I'm not sure Richarlison or Pickford (or even McGovern) will start tomorrow so you might be better off keeping Watkins and going Richi to Toney.

No keeper will get you 0 but if you take another hit and gamble on someone like Schmeichel or Ramsdale getting a CS, you should make gains in that position.

    Great midfield you have.

Playing around with a couple transfers this evening, 2.4 ITB

Team is in decent nick for tomorrow and 1 FT.

    Schmeichel

    White, Roberston, Cancelo, Alonso (Schar)

Saka, Zaha, Kulusevski, Son (Dewsbury Hall)

    Richi, Kane (Weghorst)

    What would others go for?

    1. Richi & Zaha to KDB & Gelhardt (Would really like KDB as no other attacking City cover)
    2. Richi & Zaha to Jesus & Foden (Worried about Jesus starting but could be big upsides to triple City)
    3. Richi & Kulusevski/Zaha to Foden & Toney (Toney could be a nice differential, Foden likewise)

Im sure Pickford will start and rack up a few save points. Richarlison is probably a risk alright. He's knackered. Don't want to take more than -4 as I want to protect a slim lead I have in a league. Cheers for the feedback

    FFS reckons Begovic could start

On top of Mates ML for first time ever going into last GW. Nearest rival 19 pts behind me.

    Current team for tomorrow-

    Allison

    Cancelo Andersen Collins

    Zaha Son (C) KDB Trossard

    Toney Richarlison Kane (VC)

    Subs- Foster Kulusevski Cash Coady

Brought Trossard in for Gordon as my FT.

Lad in 2nd’s squad has a great defence for pts returns this GW imo.

    Ramsdale (Foster)

    Cancelo Laporte Emerson TAA Alonso

Odegaard Son KDB Coutinho (Dews Hall)

    Watkins (Pukki Dennis)

Am fearful he could get serious points returns from his defence!

He will probably ship out Dennis to a Starting striker in form like Welbeck or Nketiah.

Would it be worth taking a -4 hit to sell Cash and bring in either Sessegnon or Emerson Royal in case Spurs get a likely clean sheet v Norwich?

    Thanks for anyones thoughts.

Love to actually win my main ML:)

Main league I'm well ahead and a boring overall rank I don't like so been very hard to bother for this week. Figured I'd drop the Everton lads and get Eriksen and Welbeck for some old school FPL players.

    That's not a Wildcard....you've created the mythical 3rd Free Hit 😉

Good going on the OR jump ...I've gone from 720K to 570K myself 😬

    Nketah or toney please?

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,083 ✭✭✭Chesty08

    Right lads I need help.

    schmeichel

    Trent Robbo Cancelo Alonso

    Saka Salah Countinho Kulu

    Kane (c) Nkietah

    Subs: Martinelli

    Obvious replacement is Coutinho

Maddison or Mount and leave it at that?

  • Registered Users Posts: 918 ✭✭✭JPup

If you’re going to do a -4 for a defender then Trent is probably the way to go. He has a higher ceiling than the spurs lads and he’s a blocker against your main rival.

If you can’t afford that then I wouldn’t bother personally. I don’t think the spurs lads expected points are more than 4 above Cash.

    Cancelo and Diaz

    or

    davies and KDB?

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,812 ✭✭✭bantee

Did Coutinho to Maddison but now considering whether Salah to KDB is actually worth a -4 as he might start against Wolves, early team news would be nice

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,253 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Tough one, KDB could explode but think I'd be more confident in Cancelo & Diaz outscoring them both. Not sold on Davies.

What are the chances of getting any Chelsea / Leicester / Salah team news pre deadline?

  • Registered Users Posts: 326 ✭✭Level 42

    None

Any leaks could be BS notorious day for false info.

Looking at the Liverpool Matchday Programme

Jota, Diaz & Mane are on it!

  • Registered Users Posts: 22,625 ✭✭✭✭extra gravy

I'm going to do Coutinho to Maddison. Could do Ings to Toney for a hit but would be benching Kulu. Not sure he'll start and have Kane and Son as Spurs cover anyway.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,277 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

One free transfer and 0.5m in the bank.

Willing to take a -4 if needs be. What’s the verdict?

Kane, Son, Vardy, Maddison, Barnes and Mount are in my thoughts…..

  • Registered Users Posts: 23,863 ✭✭✭✭mailburner

gone heavy on leic and chelsea

think both might rack up a few goals v soton and watford

    maddison mount james vardy

got rid of saka 2 weeks back, might regret that now that everton have secured their stay

I think Son is essential this week, will have huge EO as anyone that has him will most likely captain him. He's going for the golden boot and Spurs need at least a point for CL.

Even owning him but not captaining him, you'll prob want him to stay quiet so it's a tough one.

Either you gamble going without him and load up on City - Sterling/Jesus maybe or go Son (C). I'd get Son personally.

Richarlison reportedly won't start/play so a hit to Toney is a good option.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,656 ✭✭✭Western Pomise

Yeah…..unfortunately don’t have the funds for likes of Trent……the Spurs pair are only defenders with a chance of returns given they are playing a fairly toothless Norwich side but I suppose it would need one of them to definitely get an assist to negate the -4 hit.

My other slight headmelter is who to drop from a front 8 of

    Zaha Kulusevski KDB Son(C) Trossard

    Kane (VC) Richarlison Toney

Think it’s between Kulusevski and Richarlison

I think Lampard will play Richarlison as he has really helped them stay up so inclined to drop Kulu.

Thanks for anyones thoughts on who to leave out?

And best of luck to everyone still in running in their ML’s!

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,277 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

Cheers, yeah I’m thinking Salah and Richarlison to Son (c) and Toney might be best alright.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,083 ✭✭✭Chesty08

Chelsea -2 gone from 5/4 to 13/10… I’m expecting loads of changes there

  • Registered Users Posts: 52 ✭✭taxdummy

Countinho and Cash to Mount and James or

Sterling and Greenwood to Kane and Brownhill (to be benched)

Will be for a hit, feel like City will score so no point starting Cash, and who knows if Countinho will start. Mount had goal and assist in reverse fixture.

Sterling could easily be benched, whereas Kane will start....

What you guys think? I have Son and KdB already.

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,519 ✭✭✭✭dsmythy

Most common rumours I see popping up are Salah benched, Leicester full strength and Martinez rested for Villa. No real trustworthy sources though.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,253 ✭✭✭✭Father Hernandez

Good to know, I think I'll steer clear of Mount.

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,277 ✭✭✭✭mdwexford

Chelsea players seem risky with rotation rumours.

Maddison, Diaz, Foden and Bowen are all good mid range midfield options I think.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,013 ✭✭✭ballyargus

I'm highly stressed by not having KDB or Son in my side, I've already taken a 4 pt hit. Stewing here over whether it's worth another 8 pts to get either of them in.

I can't justify it though (until Son crucifies me later today)

Only way to get Son in is to sell KDB, anyone considering the same move?
