Did anyone else experience this? (From today's Sunday Independent)

I got my full credit in April, €176.32+€23.79.

There's a whole thread on it. It was a credit plus vat and the vat rate dropped. Big deal!

Let's be honest.....the only thing the 200€ 'windfall' did was make this bill seem a bit more frienly/ manageable....... next winter is when the truth of the crisis will come home to roost

The hope is that by next winter prices will fall a little and also people will have changed some habits. Smart use of a smart meter can result in quite substantial savings - we have washing machine, immersion & dishwasher all on overnight. Even with higher unit rates our bills are lower than last year.

Has anyone with SSE received the credit yet?

On the website it says up until 30 june. There is also a line in the FAQ saying depending on your bill date.

Also - If you changed supplier and your credit was supplied to the old supplier, you may have to contact them for a refund. It doesn't always happen automatically and refund takes 8 weeks.
