Online purchasing issues with CC

I have the Boi Aerlingus credit card.

I have had constant issues with the card when purchasing online.

Anytime the mastercard ID check verification pops up it just fails.

I have been on to cust support many times and it has not been resolved and is a constant pain as I cannot use the card for my intended use.

The issue happens on all sites that has the secure step.

I have updated my app. Deleted it. Reinstalled it. But it continuously does not work.

The attached image is the sccreenshot of the error I get.

I have contacted them 3 or 4 times before now and nothing has been fixed.
