I am trying to lose some weight and have been really upping my activity lately , I am 6ft tall 280lbs male . I have been getting in alot of activity in the past few weeks 45 minutes of weights every day and 20-25k steps every day . By the end of the day my fitbit is saying I have burned 5000 calories for the day, I understand there is NEAT factored in aswell. Is 5000 calories sound right? I did hear these fitness trackers can be inaccurate
