Online HIIT class recommendation

Hi Wondering if anyone can recommend any online HIIT classes ( paid or free) in Ireland? Ideally I would like ones that have early trainer led classes eg 6.30am, or that I can do myself at that time.. I would be relatively fit but would like to maintain it - as being back at work doesnt allow too much gym time. TIA A
