Carrabine Joinery's terrible customer service

    Just wondering if anyone else has had problems getting Carrabine Joinery back out when they've had problems with their windows? We got a 10 year warranty but have spent the last 2 years trying to get them back out to deal with glass that needs replacing. A number of windows have needed the glass replaced due to condensation building up between the panes of glass. Someone came out the first few times but now it's impossible to get them to send someone out.
