Can I travel to America?

I'm an Irish citizen and I would like to travel to America for a few weeks, but I have not been vaccinated. Is it possible for me to travel to America without the vaccination at this moment in time? Is a negative covid test enough?

Am I right that the US definition of fully vaccinated is just 2 doses and not a third booster?

Is the original cert that was issued for 2 does proof of this to travel?

Yes. There's no provisions for third and fourth doses.

You wouldn't be asking if you didn't already know the answer. It's clear as day that you can't enter the US as you're not vaccinated. No way round that, your decision, cause and effect.

Can you show the embassy you are cannot be vaccinated due to a medical reason? Would that be accepted? or is it you just dont want it?

Would likely depend on reasons for travel, if it's for 2 weeks sunshine in Disneyland unlikely, if it's to see an ill relative perhaps.
