    Apologies for the trivial question!

My fixed rate expired, I need send in the paperwork for confirming the new fixed rate and nothing tells me where to post it to! i can't find it on the website and I'm on hold now. Does anyone know where i post it? For obvious reasons I'd like to get this in quickly.

    Hi there.

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

You have 2 options to confirm the new fixed rate.

You can do so on the attached online Change Interest Rate - Mortgages - Bank of Ireland or else send the details to:

Mortgage Accounts Administration Unit, Bank of Ireland Mortgages, PO Box 13298, Dublin 18.

Also make sure to include your Mortgage account number if sending the request by post.

    Thanks,

    Declan
