We know the details of what happened on Sunday 29.5.22.

We hear that DAA are offering compensation to those who missed their flights. There seems to be some grumbling about what is on offer.

    Q. What would be the exact legal foundation on which to ground an action against DAA for your losses. I assume that there is no contractual nexus between between passengers using the terminal and DAA.
