    Hi all

    Can somebody advise me as to how long it takes for statements to appear on the 365 App after ordering them? I ordered them a couple of days ago and it still hasn't shown up on the app?

    The statement has appeared on my app, but I'm unable to open it now. :-(

    It would generally take one full working day for the statement to appear on your 365 online app after they have been requested. Can we ask what error message is appearing when you attempt to open the statement?
