    Hi all, am interested in buying a property and a nice property has come up in Churchtown, specifically mountain drive near Nutgrove. Have rented in a number of areas in Dublin but have no experience with this area. Have gone out a few times at different times of the day and done some research and it seems nice. In particular am looking for somewhere safe as I would be living alone and might have to finish work late enough sometimes. I also enjoy going for walks and getting out and about. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
