    Hi all

yesterday somebody crashed into our car which was parked on a public road.

we didn’t witness the crash,we were only made aware of it when guards arrive at our home.

I wasn’t present when the arrived by my parnter was and they asked me the registered owner of the car too contact them which I did.

however the guard won’t/can’t give me the person insurance details for some reason.

any idea what I should do next ??

I’ve spoken too my own insurance too let them know of the situation and will not be going true my own insurance.

    any thoughts folks ??

    thanks

Did you ask the guards on what avenue you've to go down. Or your own insurance company. You might not be claiming off your own insurance but your still meant to report it to them.
