Is this box blight? If not what's happening?

We had a box hedge planted last year and many of the leaves are starting to look like the attached picture. I have applied two applications of Buxus Health Mix at this stage but doesn't seem to be having any effect. Any help with diagnosing would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I wouldn't be too worried, the new growth looks nice and healthy, the older leaves could just be suffering with winter damage, frost, cold winds etc.
Apply a granular fertilizer and give them a good once off soaking
