BOI App not Loading for anyone else?

    BOI app stopped working, just get a loading screen then:

    "We cannot complete your request just now, sorry about that"

    There's a login button and contact us, "login" does nothing.

    Hasn't received any updates lately (latest version on Iphone) just stopped working. Happening for anyone else?

    I can't log into the BOI website without the app notification so bit of a chicken and egg scenario.

    Ok I had to completely remove the app, delete all the data and re-install it and go through the entire setup steps again. Pain but it worked.

    If this is on Android, next time, instead of uninstalling the BoI app, try deleting the app data first. It's much quicker than uninstall/reinstall and usually fixes any problems.

    Go into Settings/Apps and select the BoI app. Tap 'storage' and click on 'clear data'.
