Help with windows outlook pop up message

    Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this - apologies in advance I'm not tech minded, but this is driving me nuts. We have a gmail account but I use it with windows outlook. Since Thursday I keep getting a pop up message in outlook telling to "enter username and password for the following server" no matter how many times I put in the username and password, which are correct, the message keeps popping up, plus send/receive hasn't worked since yesterday morning.

    I'm currently working from the gmail page, but I really want to get back to outlook. Can anyone help?
