Have always found Ebay to be best, just be sure to use all areas of world in search. Delivery can take a while, but have never had any probs.

I actually put in an order on ebay for the feather-ultra-sharps just before I read the former recommendation.

5 euro for 8 blades.

9 euro shaving.ie for 20 blades.

I'm just glad I found a place to get them at all as amazon discontinued shipping them entirely.

Don't tend to use feathers myself, think other blades (e.g., Nacet) offer far better value, but attached link represents decent value if its feathers you want
