Finding a land owner

There is vacant land behind my house and I'm trying to contact the owner. Reasons include tree branches and vines are growing over my back wall and illegal dumping from nearby neighbours. I found the name of the owner in the property register but the address is not exact (made up example, Ciara Moore in Abbeyknockmoy).…

I found the name of the owner in the property register but the address is not exact (made up example, Ciara Moore in Abbeyknockmoy).
Neighbours say the plot has been vacant for as long as they can remember. Can I just go in and cut down those vines and tree branches?
Any tips on how I could find the actual owner?
