Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I remember having to do that while closing off a cash only purchase a few years back.

Just sent them a bank statement showing I'd enough to make the purchase, simple as that really!

Obviously make sure it's after the sale agreed/towards the end of the sale and you're not showing them your full hand while still making offers.
