    Hello I am trying to login to my 365 online account from South Africa. I am on holiday and need to make payments and transfer holiday funds but while trying to login on my mobile app or my laptop it is giving me errors and says I have one attempt left. I need to transfer funds urgently, is there a problem with the server currently, what can I do if I get logged out as I dont have roaming on my mobile?

    I am sorry to hear this. Can I ask have you tried force closing the app on your device, or turning your device off and on and try logging in again? Hopefully this should help!
