I'd presume sales of it weren't great. Heineken have launched Heineken Silver in a few other countries so it might make an appearance here soon. I had a can in Portugal though and it was awful (and I don't mind regular Heineken that much).

Same for me OP, asked in my local off licence about it and they're no longer able to get it so looks like it's being pulled.

Demand must have been low which is strange considering Rockshore light seems to be very popular and it's only .5,% stronger.

I thought I saw it in Tesco recently. But I could be wrong.

i think its good to have a choice like Heineken light (or rockshore light) of something between NA beer and regular beer. Also this stuff I saw in the UK (Small Beer Brew Co | Low Alcohol Beer Specialists | 2% & Lower ABV (theoriginalsmallbeer.com) the range is between 2% and 3%.

Its not my go-to-beer, that would usually be a craft IPA, but its good to have options for a "low" alcohol beer, typically at a daytime event like a BBQ, where you can drink a cold beer, and avoid to worst aspects of drunkeness, tiredness, hangovers etc.

Heineken "Silver" is 4%? Hardly low-alchohol in an Irish context context given the typical strenght of beers is 4.3%. Murphy's Stout is also 4% and Smithwicks Ale is 3.8%.

Yeah not particularly low alcohol for Ireland, but they are marketing it as a lighter option so I can't see them keeping it and Heineken Light going as well.
