Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

w00t! Just out of Covid isolation, so I haven't been shooting in over a week, so this is a nice surprise.

Big thank you to @Myksyk for all the work you put into keeping this Boards institution alive. I know it doesn't have the participation or traffic is used to, but I'm constantly inspired by all the photos posted in it, so I'm so glad it's still on the go.

This photo was taken with my Sony A7iii and a Tamron 150-500 lens at 500mm. I find bees awful hard to get with a macro lens, as they're moving so much and don't like you being close to them. The Tamron has a working distance of 1.8m at the 500mm, giving me the ability to stand well back and follow it from flower to flower, and a 0.27x magnification. So a fair bit of cropping was needed, but the detail was there to support it.
