    May we ask is it private message you sent us through Boards.ie apologies we don't seem to have received these into our inbox?

    Is this a duplicate transaction on your card? If you have contacted the retailer and they only have 1 payment, or mention they also put through pre authorisation this will resolve automatically on account for you 5 business days after the initial transaction date.
