    Approx €100,000 to renovate and refurbish the Cottage.

    Approx €85,000 to finish the Extension.

    Professional Fees approx €12,000

    Assuming there is planning for the extension

    Plumbing 20k

    Electric 15k

    Kitchen 5-20k

    Bathroom 5-15k

    Insulation 10k

    Septic tank upgrade 16k

    Ground works 25k

    Wonder is it eligible for an SEAI grant

    At 75k by the time you have it to a rating and furnished another 250-300k

    Depending on the location 75k for the site might not be bad there's a lot of questions about those walls and roofs in the pictures.
