    looking for advice as im thinking of selling house in D15 area

    any recommendations a local estate agent?

    any any idea on rates/commission they charge?

    is charging 1.25% a good rate?

    1% plus vat is the standard. Duffy's auctioneers in blanch village were the best when I sold 2 years ago. They included 800 worth of advertising in their quote. Baxter we're 1% but charged 250 for advertising. DNG came down to 1% after I told them I wasn't going with them. Flynn also matched a week too late getting back to me. Sherryfitz was charging 1.75%.

    Get them all out to value your house for free and see what you think. I had experience with looking at houses in the area, so knew who to trust. Who got back when you called them etc and who was willing to show a place when you showed interest.
