850 to get a PC fully done & upgrade the parts as you go onstead of saving up for ages.
looking at 2 in front of me,
Eur840 gets you a box with Intel i3 with GTX 1650 & 512 GB SSD. Oddly enough an extra tenner gets you 256GB SSD. I dunno either.
So, are they duds for sale? If someone got them in easy refit boxes, what needs swapping out?

New CPU but only 4cores/8threads + 3yo budget GPU that was terrible when released. Bad value.
