house insurance building cheque with bank since 16th may

Hi, has anyone had issues with this. i had a major leak and claimed through house insurance. after chasing and chasing the contents portion of the the claim went to me and the buildings portion was sent to my mortgage provider. i have chased this with no joy. it's literally unbelievable, broken promises "it's gone out…

Hi, has anyone had issues with this. i had a major leak and claimed through house insurance. after chasing and chasing the contents portion of the the claim went to me and the buildings portion was sent to my mortgage provider. i have chased this with no joy. it's literally unbelievable, broken promises "it's gone out today" and then oh we sent it to an old address, then you need to confirm its not there before we issue another. i've raised a formal complaint, spoke to t/leaders/managers etc but very few call backs and now, you need to do this/that etc.

has anyone had similar and how did the resolve it?
