Pump a cavity with 50mm board existing?

My detached house was built approx 30 years ago and appears to have 50mm cavity insulation board fitted as original build. Is there any/much benefit in getting the cavity pumped?

yes, assume you still have approx. 50mm of a cavity to pump.

1
