    Hi Guys

    We still have the eir vision box and not yet upgraded. Our son changed HDMI cable yesterday and started to do a reset thinking he was solving freezing issues. Box is not stuck on set up page saying not connecting to tv platform.

    Multi box in another room works ok. Any ideas , we are in our 70's and not techy :-)
