Anyone know where I could get a tank repaired

Rusty due to me being a moron and leaving it sitting empty for a good while with feck all fuel in and no stabiliser (but of course the ethanol shite) ....covid didn't help but ultimately my own stupid fault.

Bubbles coming out through paintwork and checked inside, can see corrosion..........not mad on using treatment as heard horror stories of half of them dissolving in fuel etc

Ideally was thinking of someone that specialises in it and might braze rather than weld and/or just do a chemical treatment....+ would like to retain as much of original artwork on a section of tank as possible

I can get it repainted elsewhere if that would be a problem its just finding someone who can fix the tank is a bit of an issue.

Or have people had good experiences with some of the treatments, I'm going to strip away some paint and see if I have pinholes.....would a treatment reliably seal those in people's experiences?

Thanks was about to ask about por 15, a guy mentioned that to me a couple of days back. Said it would do the trick. Might take you up on that and much appreciated for the offer. I'm going to gently grind paint off a couple of bubbles first (it'll have to be repainted anyway) and see what I'm dealing with...........pinholes presumably.

All avoidable if I was a bit more organised!

The por15 will block up any pin holes so I wouldn't worry too much.

I'm away travelling end of the month, so let me know before then about the acid.
