Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Im currently trying to book my bus theory test but am very confused as to how to book it online? I know theres a CPC test also but are these both on the same day or how does it work? Ive been on the RSA Website trying to book it but its not very straighforward on how to do this , it just keeps saying CPC so Im not sure if this is what I should be booking first or what?

    Any help is appreciated

Book your Theory Test and your Case Studies test within an hour or so of each other in the same center.

Ok so Ive passed my theory test today and have my CPC booked for thursday. Whats the story with applying for my learner permit ? Its a very confusing process... Ive done my medical with Bus Eireann and am starting on the 15th in the driver training programme provided I get through the CPC thursday.. Do I need a medical from my doctor before I get my learner permit aswell or whats the story ?

Right so I’ve passed my bus theory and cpc test , supposed to be starting the driver training programme with bus Eireann on the 15th but I couldn’t get an ndls appointment until the 12th so will likely be waiting another while for my physical licence to come in the post . Does anyone know if I’ll be ok with bus Eireann for the training programme while I’m waiting on my licence to come in the post ? Will the receipt saying I’m waiting for the license be sufficient? I’m being told different things from the ndls and bus Eireann are getting back to me Monday about it , just wondering what to expect ? Will I be able to start training do you think while I’m waiting?

You won't be able to drive a bus without the licence

Any idea how long licences takes to arrive in the post these days?

Hello so have you been approved for training before you passed your theory and cpc?? The website says don't apply if you don't have lerner permit. So I'm confused. Thanks

I did the same thing. Their recruitment process can take an age.
