VRT on electric bikes

Just looking around and see that there are a good few electric bikes are available in France but not here. What would I have to pay to import a new Sur Ron Storm Bee from France, its just shy of €9k including VAT. The VRT calculator doesn't work for electric bikes, I'm getting 0 VRT when I enter 0cc…
