Problem with eir fibre since last night

Hi Does anyone know what a flashing red LOS light means on the eir fibre ONT device? My broadband has been down since last night and I cannot get support from eir. I have tried restarting the device but still the same.

Looks like the ONT isn't getting an optical signal. You'll need to somehow get eir support to look into it

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. I never noticed what the normal lights were but I assumed a flashing red didn't look right!
