Hi there,
Your advice will be really helpfull. We are a family of 4 and our twins are todlers. We are getting a 3bkh house in Castlecurragh Heath, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 but there are lots of bad reviews. We are from Asia so we are not sure if this will be the right decision in terms of safety. Is it a safe enough area. House is nice and meets our need and budget. 300k.
