    Not sure if this is the right place to post but just had a query about how many points a gardai can give for one traffic stop. Has anyone here ever gotten more than one fixed charge i.e. seatbelt offence as well as speeding? I assume its up to their discretion.

    We've had a discussion on this recently. You only get the points on your licence for the offence with the highest points, the rest don't count for points but you still have to pay any fine attached to them.
