The place looks great, would definitely bring kids there. They seem like a lovely and genuine couple, hope it continues to be a success.

I'm so glad it worked out. This couple were very open to doing everything that they were advised by the Brennans

Haha Francis will get stuck into anything, he's brilliant.

Before ye all start laughing at yer man's trousers, can I remind ye all that ten percent of men are colour blind. And apparently a certain percentage of them are married to women who like seeing them make eeejits of themselves..

    Presumably the mothers recipe

I was only half watching it and i just heard her casually say her mothers brown bread, i looked up at the tv and saw bread so i presume she was talking about her mothers recipe. I just thought it was funny initially, not that i thought that her mother was dead, but the way she said it casually.

There's an awful lot of weeds around the place. Looks like builders just upped and left

Yer man's a tiny bit in denial about the failure of the business I think.
Hostel in Galway looks class, wasn't aware of it before tonight.

I've stayed in that hostel. It's upped it's decor nicely - it used to be a bit amateur crazy colours whereas it's more professional now.

I missed it, had to rewind! Bring back the old format!

    Catching this on Plus 1.

The place is shockingly overrun looking. Glad to hear they did a bit of weeding. They could go around and clean up the wasteland take away the lumber etc.

And I DO NOT like the name DJango. They definitely need to change the name.

    Season 6 Episode 7 of 8
Hoteliers Francis and John Brennan help Louise Feeny as she takes over the running of her family's 11-bedroom hotel in Athenry, Co Galway, from her mother. It is in need of modernisation, and the new owner wants to put her stamp on the business but realises she has a lot of work to do - including tackling the tired tearoom and bland bedrooms. She faces some hard choices as she tries to make every penny count

    2nd last episode already :(

Hope tonight's ending is a bit better :)

This series was the weakest to date unfortunately.

Francis and John still great, but the endings of each program were very weak.
