    Hi All,

    I was hoping for direction on the below query/queries.

    I am an Irish national currently living and working in Dubai. I want to acquire a property in Ireland, is there such things as an expat mortgage and what bank/lending institution would provide same?

    Also, I am also interesting in acquiring an investment property in Spain/Portugal. Does anyone know how I would go about getting a mortgage on this?
