I have an ongoing issue with ilioinguinal, hypogastric nerve entrapment issue and severe pain and impediment to "normal".
I have exhausted options looking for an Ireland based surgeon who offers spermatic cord denervation. My issue is exacerbated by involvement of a renal cord varicocele.
What started as a joke based on plastic surgery, led to a lot of reading and the 1zt bit of hope I've had in 6 months and that's after 3 years of trying to get on top of my issue.
So, my question is? Does anyone know of a clinic/pain management specialist or indeed if need be, a plastic surgeon offering scrotox specific to the spermatic cord?
