Hi all, wondering if anyone else had this experience, we are at contract signing stage and my solicitor has asked the bank to approve the planning documents provided by vendors, she said this is standard procedure where the planning is not "absolutely perfect" and doesnt expect the bank will have any issue with it. Is this normal? If so how soon can we expect the bank to approve these?
