Five new pension rates

"Five different rates of the state pension are to be paid to workers who retire up to the age of 70 under landmark reforms of the system" Have any details been leaked about what rates the 'new' pension brackets will be in the future? If, I understand correctly they will be releasing more info before the end of the year.
