Anywhere close to Dublin selling torque hinges

Hi all. I am making a painting sketch easel and looking for a source of torque hinges. Ideally where I can look at a few options and measure against the wood I have already prepared. And try out the strength of the friction by hand. Any online sources I find are not great at providing measurements. Thank you.

Hafele would be worth a look, they have a place in Kilcoole, north Wicklow and a place in Santry.
