Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi again

    I have since found a solution.

    So for the benefit of anyone interested here's the way I did it for WhatsApp ( I'd say standard SMS is the same )_

    In WhatsApp -

    *Go to top 3 dots on RH side

    *Go down to More,

    *Go to Export Chat

    *Choose between "Include Media" or "Without Media"

    *Choose how you want to export it...in my case I chose Outlook & my own email address..that sends all of the chat to me.

    * I can then copy & paste it to a Word.Doc & highlight anything I need.
