Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Delays Newcastlewest

    Delays of half an hour going into Newcastlewest yesterday (bank holiday Friday) because of a collection for some eco park, nothing about the cause, no posters, just 1 person in a hi vis collecting outside Tesco with traffic backed up well beyond the hill on the limerick side. Same craic going into Abbeyfeale only it was for some national school. Fair play for going out and raising money but really...backing up traffic on a main arterial route (buses trying to keep to timetables, trucks with deliveries etc) and rattling buckets of change at people isn't going to help the cause much.

    Collection on a road from motorists is not permitted anymore. Banned many years ago when it was an absolute scourge.
