getting eir fibre installed. just wondering if they use conduit when running cables down wall of house and do they use conduit when they drill through from outside to inside?

if not, does anyone know my best option for conduit as i would like to use the same hole for bringing fibre in and then running a cat6 cable back out to into attic and from there to an additional wireless access point.

(block wall with plaster on inside)

No ducting used by them whatsoever. You won’t be using same hole for CAT cable as it is so tiny and another cable won’t fit it , you have to drill your own hole for CAT .

Instead of ducting you could use outdoor CAT cable instead.

Don’t worry about CAT6 , CAT5E will do for 1 Gbps speeds as well just go for good quality expensive OUTDOOR grade cable .
