Huawei B528s-23a 4G Sim router Phone feature not working- any help appreciated.

Hi folks,

Just wondering if anyone here has a solution to this problem:

I have a Huawei B528s-23a 4G LTE Router https://www.amazon.de/-/en/HUAWEI-B528S-23A-WIFI-300Mbps-Wireless/dp/B07PW68TW2

I'm using this as my internet source as I pop in my Vodafone Unlimited mobile Sim from my phone when I'm at home (I'm in a rural area).

The router is locked to Vodafone however I'm having no problems with the internet as I use 2 Poynting external antennas to boost it and get a solid 50Mbs Down 10Mbs up with approx. 20ms ping so I'm very pleased with how that has worked out.

As I'm using my mobile phone sim in the router i can't take calls on my mobile phone but have recently attempted to use the Phoneline feature of the router with a fully tested and working landline phone but having no success.

I followed the process as per a video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEoQ6A_XYJg&t=466 detailing that i should ensure my Dial up Networking Settings are set to "Auto" with the hope it would be simply a plug and play after that 

So far I've made no connection with the landline. Any advice much appreciated
