    Hi,

    My daughter paid 1500 deposit on Friday and 1 month in advance so can I ask when should her first repayment begin.

    Ask the letting agent or landlord but typically her next payment will be due a month after starting the lease (whenever the accommodation is available to her). If doing a bank transfer, you'll normally want to set up a standing order for a few days earlier, to allow for the transfer time and occurrences when it lands on weekends.

    Also make sure it is monthly and not every 4 weeks - which adds up to a significant amount more.
